As part of both the Certified Foot Care Specialist (CFCS) and Certified Skin and Wound Specialist (CSWS) programs, participants must commit to a one-year clinical scholarship contract. This contract ensures that you complete the necessary clinical hours required for certification—200 clinical hours per year for both programs. This real-world experience is crucial for developing the skills and knowledge needed to excel as a certified specialist.

If you’re already under contract with one of our partner physicians or practices, this one-year clinical scholarship contract will align with your existing employment arrangements. Your work with these partners can count toward the required clinical hours, allowing you to complete your certification without disrupting your professional responsibilities.
