Programs Covered at CFMA
CFMA offers advanced certification programs for professionals in the foot care and medical aesthetics field. Each program includes CEU instruction, clinical training, and national exam preparation.

New Student Checklist
Before starting your clinicals, make sure you have:
- Submitted tuition and enrollment application
- Signed your student agreement
- Attended orientation (or watched orientation replay)
- Received your student portal login
- Started your CEU lecture series
- Scheduled clinical days with your coordinator

Certification Process
All Programs:
- 1. Complete CEU lecture series
- 2. Attend clinical training (minimum required hours)
- 3. Submit clinical checklist and application packet
- 4. Pass the proctored certification exam
- 5. Receive your digital certificate
- 6. (Optional) Sit for your national board exam (AFCNA, APWCA)
NOTE: CFCS and CSWS students must have an active nursing or medical license.
Appeals & Certification Review
If your certification is denied, delayed, or revoked due to missing hours, documentation, or conduct, you may submit a formal appeal.
How to Appeal?

- Submit via the Appeal Google Form

Graduation & Certificate Info
We proudly celebrate our students’ success through optional graduation recognition events (in-person or virtual, depending on the cohort).
What to Know:
- All students receive a digital certificate within 5 business days of completing program requirements
- Printed certificates are available upon request or distributed during graduation
- Invitations to graduation events are sent via email with RSVP instructions
- Students may invite up to 2 guests unless otherwise noted
- Unable to attend? Don’t worry — you’ll still be honored and included in our online spotlight!
